I was thrilled to be joined by Katie Hoffman, Co-Founder, President & COO at Phaidra.  Katie shares her career journey from the corporate word of the Trane organization, joining the Trane Innovation team and transferring that experience by collaborating with her co-founders to start Phaidra.  Katie and I discussed her thoughts on affecting change on a large scale through innovation and collaboration, emerging cleantech technologies for the built environment and her perspective on how AI is shaping the cleantech landscape today and in the future.

Phaidra is an AI virtual plan operator that creates self-learning, intelligent control systems for industrial facilities.  Phaidra is on the cutting edge of AI Cleantech Innovation, and they have an exciting future ahead.  Katie is a great example of a cleantech leader who is highly mission driven and is focused on creating a more sustainable environment by developing practical solutions we can use today.
